Post-Doctoral Position in Computational Biology at MIT


I have an opening for a postdoc in my new computational biology group in the MIT Biology Department starting this winter or spring. My lab will focus on the following research areas:

  • RNA splicing specificity / alternative splicing
  • Gene finding / automatic genome interpretation
  • Molecular evolution / comparative genomics


  • Qualifications
  • Strong background in molecular biology, genetics, computational biology, statistics, mathematics, computer science or a related field
  • Demonstrated interest in computational molecular biology
  • Ability to work independently
